How long will bacon grease keep in the fridge? I have several quarts of Benton’s Bacon grease. It has been kept in the refrigerator since the bacon was fried.

In the fridge, no more than 3 months is recommended. If frozen in the freezer then as long as you don't lose power it should be good near forever.
